Job Description

Amazon's Traffic Engineering team is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer II to join their Bot Management team. This role combines security testing with cutting-edge AI technology, focusing on protecting Amazon's digital properties from automated threats. As a crucial member of the red team, you'll simulate and evaluate AI Agents' interactions with Amazon's platforms, helping to enhance bot detection and mitigation strategies.

  • Simulate new and existing AI Agents, replicating industry-standard and emerging automated interactions
  • Identify gaps in ingress security and bot protection measures
  • Audit and test UX automation frameworks usage
  • Develop and maintain testing frameworks for automated interactions
  • Collaborate with security and development teams
  • Stay current with emerging trends in AI and bot technologies
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommend improvements

  • Bachelor's degree
