As a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer for the Kuiper Global Customer Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in building analytics across Kuiper's global Customer Service and Field Operations organizations.
The position involves immersing yourself in all aspects of Kuiper customer operations, becoming a trusted partner to stakeholders by delivering data-driven insights based on deep business understanding. You'll be responsible for building and managing data infrastructure, developing analytics products, simplifying data access, and enabling self-service insights.
Your work will directly impact Kuiper's mission to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide. Through sophisticated tooling, automation, data analysis, and statistical modeling, you'll create solutions to continuously measure KPIs and empower Kuiper's operations teams to improve customer experience and drive efficiency.
