Sr. Software Engineer, Android, Amazon One Devices

AWS Applications and Higher Level Abstractions (Apps) provides horizontal and industry vertical applications for business users with on-demand scalability, reliability, and machine learning expertise. This role is part of a new Amazon team tackling huge business problems through innovative technology, including computer vision and machine learning. As a Sr. Software Engineer for Android, you'll be a founding member of this team, working on solving problems that span computer vision, image recognition, machine learning, real-time and distributed systems. You'll help invent new features, design and develop highly scalable systems, and deliver customer-facing features. The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to wear many hats, and work in a highly collaborative, startup-like environment. You'll tackle novel challenges daily and work with multiple technical teams across Amazon.
