The position combines DevOps expertise with ServiceNow platform management, requiring a unique blend of systems development and service management skills. You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, developing automation solutions, and ensuring smooth service delivery across the organization. Responsibilities For Sr Systems Development Engineer, ServiceNow, Kuiper Enterprise Technology

  • Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management modules
  • Customize workflows, forms, and fields to meet business requirements
  • Design, test, and implement new configurations and integrations
  • Develop and refine scripts using JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting tools
  • Provide technical support to ServiceNow users
  • Build and manage reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
