Job Description

The Compliance Shared Services (CoSS) organization at Amazon is seeking a Support Engineer to join their SPIDER (Streamlining Planning, Deployment and Post-Release) team. This role focuses on providing technical support infrastructure and tools to identify and resolve issues affecting Selling Partners.

The position involves working with a world-class support engineering team that handles multiple products and platforms. Key responsibilities include engineering development support (root cause analysis, code fixes), customer support self-service (tools development), and business decision-making support (data mining, report generation, scripting).

As a Support Engineer, you will:

  • Diagnose and resolve production software issues across multiple products
  • Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Manage ticket systems and customer communications
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases
