Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. This role combines operational support and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant services for Government customers.

The ideal candidate will work with partner teams to drive strategic improvements, manage feature testing, and ensure high documentation standards. You'll be responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of data center operation tooling, providing feedback on defects, and collaborating with hardware design teams on repair workflows.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough testing of new features, documenting changes, maintaining operational repair tooling expertise, and driving efficiency improvements. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where you'll tackle complex operational challenges unique to AWS's scale.
