  • Lead projects and build processes to reduce duration, frequency, and impact of AWS infrastructure issues
  • Direct resolution of high visibility incidents by leading conference calls and teams globally
  • Drive improvements in automation, tooling, and processes based on incident learnings
  • Monitor performance graphs and drive resolution calls with service team members
  • Identify and analyze recurring platform issues
