System Development Engineer I, Amazon

Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems (ASCS) is seeking a System Development Engineer I to join their Services Support Team under Catalog Support and Programs (CSP). This role is crucial in supporting the world's largest e-Commerce products catalog, which processes hundreds of millions of updates across billions of products. As a System Development Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing service level support to ASCS Engineering teams, managing software configurations, monitoring system metrics, and driving root cause resolutions. The role combines hands-on technical work with AWS services, system/tool coding, and cross-functional collaboration.
