Description For Technical Account Manager (KSA) - MENAT

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in one of their fastest-growing organizations. This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management, where you'll serve as the principal technical advisor for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. As a TAM, you'll drive AWS service adoption strategies, working with various technologies including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, and IoT.

The position requires strong technical acumen and customer-facing skills, as you'll represent AWS within customer environments and lead discussions with senior leadership about incidents, support, and risk management. You'll be responsible for maintaining operational health of customer environments while providing strategic guidance and best practices implementation.

Responsibilities For Technical Account Manager (KSA) - MENAT

  • Act as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer
  • Craft and execute strategies for AWS services adoption
  • Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance
  • Maintain operational health of customer AWS environments
  • Develop relationships with customers and understand their business needs
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and other teams
  • Provide detailed reviews of service events and metrics
  • Support customer migration to cloud workloads

Requirements For Technical Account Manager (KSA) - MENAT

  • Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Cloud Architect
  • Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for at least two: Compute/Storage/Networking/CDN/Databases/DevOps/Big Data/Security/Architecture
  • External customer-facing experience with ability to present to audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel 10% or more as needed
