Description For Technical Consultant, SI MNE India, Enterprise Support

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their Enterprise Support team in India. This role represents a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of cloud computing innovation, working with AWS, the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.

As a Technical Consultant, you'll serve as the primary technical advisor for organizations ranging from startups to large enterprises. Your mission will be to help customers navigate the operational challenges and complexities of AWS Cloud, working across a comprehensive suite of technologies including Compute, Storage, Database, Data Analytics, Application services, Networking, and Server-less solutions.

The role demands a strong background in IT Consulting, with expertise in areas such as Solution Designing, Application and System Development, Database Management, Big Data and Analytics, and DevOps Consulting. You'll be hands-on in troubleshooting complex technical challenges, creating technical content, and driving improvements in customer support experiences.

Responsibilities For Technical Consultant, SI MNE India, Enterprise Support

  • Be the primary technical point of contact for customers
  • Plan, debug, and oversee operations of business-critical applications
  • Troubleshoot application, network, database, and architectural challenges
  • Write tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on service improvements
  • Drive projects to improve support processes
  • Assist in Design/Architecture of AWS and Hybrid cloud solutions
  • Help define IT and business processes for cloud deployments
  • Be available outside business hours for urgent issues

Requirements For Technical Consultant, SI MNE India, Enterprise Support

Linux
  • 5+ years of technical engineering experience
  • Experience as a technical account manager, consultant, solutions architect, platform engineer, systems engineer, cloud architect or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of programming and scripting
  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings (preferred)
  • Experience in enterprise or customer-facing environment as a technical lead (preferred)
