Key aspects of the role include solving complex scaling challenges, owning software architecture and technical designs, writing high-quality maintainable code, providing technical leadership, collaborating with teams like Applied Science, and mentoring new team members. You'll have direct impact on how millions of customers experience Amazon daily.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership experience, expertise in modern programming languages, and a track record of leading architecture and design of scalable systems. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers looking to tackle complex technical challenges while growing their leadership skills at one of the world's most innovative technology companies.
