Prime Video's technology teams are creating best-in-class digital video experiences, and they're looking for a Technology Operations Engineer to join Amazon Studios. This role combines technical expertise with operational excellence in supporting the Studios' global production environment. You'll be part of a team that supports both production personnel (cast and crew) and business teams across content development, software engineering, content programming, and marketing.

The position requires strong AWS cloud computing knowledge, systems administration skills, and experience in the Media and Entertainment industry. You'll handle everything from technical support to enterprise-level projects, working directly with software developers, executives, and various support teams.   • 3+ years working in AWS cloud computing environments or equivalent associate AWS certification
  • 3+ years working as a systems administrator, network engineer or software development engineer
  • Prior experience working within the Media and Entertainment industry
  • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of networking, server, desktop technology
