The position demands a hands-on approach to maintaining and enhancing existing services, including Windows build/deployment capabilities, application packaging, and troubleshooting. Working closely with the Security Compliance team, you'll ensure security standards across desktop environments while managing server metrics and monitoring services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional with deep Windows expertise who enjoys solving complex problems and impacting millions of users. The role offers competitive compensation ($105,200-$216,500 based on location) and requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Key responsibilities include providing IT Service Desk support, managing RSCI infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and creating system documentation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Windows systems experience, strong scripting abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

The position is based in multiple locations (Jessup, MD; Arlington, VA; Herndon, VA) and offers the chance to work with AWS's innovative cloud platform while supporting government customers. You'll join a team that values work-life balance, continuous learning, and professional growth.

This role combines technical expertise with security compliance in a dynamic environment, making it ideal for someone who wants to impact critical infrastructure while working with cutting-edge technology.
