Responsibilities For Sr Associate, IS Engineer, Learning & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for Learning & Development
- Work with product team and business team to deliver high-quality software
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards
- Automate routine operational tasks
- Develop and implement unit tests and integration tests
- Maintain documentation of software designs and code
- Resolve software bugs and performance issues
- Implement security measures to protect systems
Requirements For Sr Associate, IS Engineer, Learning & Development
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
- 5-9 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of HR Learning & Development domain
- Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with Databricks or Mulesoft and AWS services
- Proficient in C#, Python, and JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools including GitLab and Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
