Job Description
Analog Devices is seeking a Staff Engineer of Digital IC Design for the Personal Electronic Solutions (PES) Business Unit. This role is part of the PES Power Design group which focuses on world-class integrated circuits development. The position offers an opportunity to work with a globally distributed team across Europe, Asia, and the United States, developing breakthrough innovative architectures for power in consumer products.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and capable of working effectively within a talented global team. You'll be responsible for digital IP development, power security & authentication IC development, and technical customer interface engagement. The role involves executing IP specifications, improving team methodologies, and participating in customer engagements.

Responsibilities For Staff Digital Design Engineer
- Execute based on IP Specification
- Improve Team Methodologies
- Execute on power, security & authentication IC design, pre-silicon verification and post-silicon validation
- Provide support to physical design layout team
- Participate in customer engagements
- Participate in IC development weekly meetings
Requirements For Staff Digital Design Engineer
- BSEE or higher, MSEE preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience in integrated circuit
- Basic FPGA simulation and development
- Basic IP Digital Design experience
- Good technical and analytical background with problem-solving skills
- Great team worker with multi-discipline
- HDL programming languages (Verilog / SystemVerilog)
- Basic knowledge of Functional Oriented Verification
- Timing Constraints, Static Timing Analysis (STA), Gate Level Simulation (GLS)
- Good written and verbal communication
