Job Description

Analog Devices (ADI) is seeking a Staff Digital Engineer to join their Consumer team, focusing on leading-edge technology domains including Capacitive Sensing, Optical Image Stabilization, Ultrasound, Audio, Power, and Video. This role spans the entire development cycle from concept to customer delivery, requiring expertise in complex system architecture and digital design.

The position demands deep technical knowledge in digital design, particularly with Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL and ARM-based processor architectures. The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural design of sophisticated systems, working with various protocols and ensuring designs meet market requirements for timing, area, and power consumption.

Responsibilities For Staff Engineer, Digital Design

  • Architectural design and specification of complex systems
  • Design to meet timing, area, low-power, manufacturing test requirements
  • Interaction with verification and analog team
  • Working with architecture and design teams to determine functionality protocols
  • Act as design hub to interact with stakeholders
  • Intellectual Property (IP) block design and integration
  • Working with product development teams on digital system architecture

Requirements For Staff Engineer, Digital Design

Rust
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL design
  • Knowledge of AHB, AXI protocols and ARM core architecture
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience with timing, power and CDC analysis
  • Verification experience using UVM
  • Mixed-signal integration and verification expertise
