As a Chip Design Engineer, you'll be part of the Nitro project, working on semiconductor platforms that will be deployed in millions of servers worldwide. You'll be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from definition to mass production, collaborating with multiple teams including Architecture, Software, Verification, Backend, and DFT.

The position requires expertise in VLSI engineering, with responsibilities spanning micro-architecture design, RTL coding, synthesis, and timing closure. You'll work in a dynamic, open environment where innovation is constant and impact is significant. The role combines hardware expertise with software integration, making it crucial for AWS's infrastructure development.
