AI Solutions Architect, Data Solutions & Initiatives

We are seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Architect within Apple's Worldwide Sales organization, Data Solutions & Initiatives (DSI) team. This role combines deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI with system architecture and rapid prototyping capabilities.

As a strategic and technical leader, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions. The role requires exceptional communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for various audiences while ensuring strong collaboration and high-impact delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions focusing on business impact
• Build and evaluate prototypes for architecture validation
• Guide decisions on LLM applications and multimodal systems
• Integrate open-source tools and frameworks
• Define KPIs and align AI initiatives with strategic goals
• Stay current with Generative AI trends
• Establish best practices for model deployment

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science/AI or equivalent experience
• 5+ years building AI systems
• Strong background in NLP/LLM systems
• Python expertise and ML framework knowledge
• Cloud platform experience
• LLM orchestration framework familiarity
• Outstanding communication abilities
