AI/ML - Machine Learning Research Engineer, Machine Translation

Apple is seeking an experienced machine learning engineer to help advance the next generation of core machine translation (MT) technology and large language model (LLM) technologies. The role is focused on empowering users to communicate seamlessly across language barriers and complete multilingual tasks efficiently.

The position involves working within the Machine Learning and AI team, responsible for a wide variety of language technologies research and development activities. The role serves as a crucial bridge between applied ML/modeling research and software engineering, encompassing the full spectrum of machine learning engineering - from model training and evaluation to software integration and optimization.
