AIML - Sr./Staff ML Engineer, Machine Learning Platform & Intelligence

This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and large-scale infrastructure, working on technology that powers Siri and other Apple products through algorithmic search, machine learning, and natural language processing.

You'll be working with one of the most exciting high-performance computing environments, handling petabytes of data and millions of queries per second. Our universal search engine powers critical features across Apple products, including Siri, Spotlight, Safari, Messages, and Lookup, directly impacting hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

As a senior member of the team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions that support our AI and ML initiatives. You'll work with cutting-edge technology, collaborating across teams to translate complex project requirements into robust, efficient solutions. Your role will involve crafting, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure for peak performance and security.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of coding experience, strong computer science fundamentals, and expertise in cloud services (particularly AWS). You'll need to be proficient in designing and deploying high-performance, reliable software solutions in production environments. Experience with Kubernetes and containerization is highly valued.
