This role involves managing tentpole initiatives across the AppleCare space and supporting initiatives with Software Engineering partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting new programs and driving product innovations
- Working collaboratively with AppleCare and Software Engineering
- Conducting costing analysis and driving investigations
- Managing high-level programs and new product introductions
- Overseeing the evolution of the multi-year AppleCare improvements roadmap
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of combined experience in engineering project or product management
- Deep understanding of software lifecycle and AppleCare landscape
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and influencing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously
