You'll be responsible for establishing QA standards, coordinating both onsite and offshore testing teams, and working closely with automation leads to optimize regression testing processes.
As a Test Lead, you'll interface with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management, requiring excellent communication and presentation skills. The role involves creating comprehensive test strategies, managing risk assessments, and ensuring high-quality product releases through effective test planning and execution.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary range of $141,800 to $213,700, plus additional benefits such as stock options, comprehensive healthcare, and education reimbursement. Responsibilities For Cross Functional Test Lead, Retail Engineering
- Lead testing efforts for multiple cross functional retail projects
- Establish QA standards, guidelines, technologies, and approaches
- Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore testing team activities
- Work with Automation Lead to reduce regression test cycles
- Work with business, technical project teams, and project managers to establish development schedules
- Create and present risks and mitigations to Senior Management
Requirements For Cross Functional Test Lead, Retail Engineering
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience developing and implementing test plans, QA processes and methodologies
- Strong experience performing manual and automation testing
- Experience with automation framework and tools
- Strong experience in test data and environment setup for end to end testing
