Job Description

At Apple, we work every single day to craft products that enrich people's lives. As a DDR Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge PHY designs that power Apple's innovative products. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape upcoming products that will impact millions of Apple's customers worldwide.

You'll be working in a multifaceted group that serves as the center of PHY design efforts, collaborating closely with Platform Architecture, Logic Designers, SIPI, Layout, DV, and Timing Teams. Your work will have a critical impact on delivering best-in-class PHY designs. The role involves hands-on transistor-level Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Designs and working with Layout Teams on the physical implementation of industry-leading PHY designs.

The position requires expertise in all aspects of Analog/Mixed Signal Circuit Design of PHYs, including TX, RX, Delay Locked Loops, Phase Interpolators, Delay Lines, and Duty Cycle Correctors. You'll be responsible for generating block/chip level specifications and performing block level verification to meet performance, power, and area requirements.

Apple offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive base pay (ranging from $147,400 to $272,100), equity opportunities through stock programs, comprehensive healthcare, retirement benefits, and education reimbursement. You'll be part of a team that's pushing the boundaries of technology while working in either Cupertino or Irvine, California.
