We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience to join our team. This role demands extensive hands-on experience working with business-critical applications and will be instrumental in driving infrastructure transformation.
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll:
- Work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies including AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Istio Service Mesh
- Design, scale, and manage cloud infrastructure and application stacks
- Implement innovative solutions for complex problems
- Drive modernization of infrastructure using groundbreaking technologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Apple
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, including guiding small teams and driving innovative, scalable solutions. You'll need to be highly self-motivated, capable of making sound decisions in high-stakes environments, and adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced settings.

- Candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills to isolate issues, determine root cause and implement effective and innovative solutions

- Candidate should develop innovative solutions that go beyond merely checking requirement boxes
- Candidate should be self motivated, capable of taking business critical decisions and should be comfortable working in a dynamic, ever changing environment
- Candidate should work independently while knowing when to seek assistance to achieve team goals
Requirements For DevOps Engineer, Retail Engineering
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS
- Hands on expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands on experience with Linux systems and scripting in Python, Bash, or similar for automation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
