Global Supply Manager (GSM) - Mechanical Enclosures

Apple is seeking a Global Supply Manager (GSM) for Mechanical Enclosures to join their Operations and Supply Chain team. This role is crucial in managing the manufacturing partnerships that create Apple's iconic product designs. The GSM will be responsible for overseeing commercial relationships with enclosure manufacturing partners, handling cost negotiations, ensuring supply continuity, and driving operational efficiencies.

The position sits at the intersection of Apple's business and engineering communities, requiring a unique blend of technical knowledge and business acumen. You'll work closely with Product Design and Industrial Design teams to execute and scale manufacturing processes for components that define Apple's globally recognized aesthetic, including housing, cover glass, and buttons.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain development or mechanical engineering, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll need excellent analytical and negotiation skills, along with the ability to influence across multiple functional teams. The role offers a competitive base salary range of $165,500 to $248,700, plus additional benefits including stock options, comprehensive healthcare, and educational reimbursement.
