Description For Growth Marketing Product Manager

Apple is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial product manager with a passion for marketing experiences to help grow personalized experiences across the Apple Services ecosystem. The Growth Marketing Product Manager will work with various functional teams to design, develop, connect, and implement technology solutions that enable meaningful conversations with customers on their devices. This role offers a highly-energized environment with some of the most creative individuals in the industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to drive the usage of Apple Intelligence, ML, and other personalization capabilities across the Apple ecosystem, with a focus on user privacy.
  • Creative problem-solving and proposing solutions while understanding limitations and resource constraints.
  • Gathering requirements and use cases from various teams and identifying necessary key platform capabilities.
  • Assessing and recommending solutions to deliver required capabilities and determining a roadmap.
  • Collaborating with a broad range of teams, including product, marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, QA, business development, and design teams.
  • Building presentations with strong storytelling to align cross-functional teams on new ideas to solve complex problems.
  • Driving initiatives through to execution while working with multiple organizations with unique priorities in ambiguous environments.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager and hands-on user of B2C advertising/marketing technology
  • Experience identifying creative solutions to complex problems and building stories around those solutions
  • A sophisticated understanding of subscription and/or recurring revenue business models
  • Experience partnering with strategy, business, design, and engineering teams
  • Deep experience documenting formalized user requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate positive relationships
