RF System Integration Engineer

As an RF Systems integration engineer at Apple, you will be engaged in the design validation for different wireless technologies from prototyping to mass production. You'll design calibration routines and test algorithms, contributing to a multi-faceted test SW suite. Collaborating with chipset manufacturers, test equipment vendors, and in-house antenna and RFHW design teams, you'll analyze wireless performance data and tackle technical challenges to deploy groundbreaking wireless features with impeccable quality. Key Responsibilities: • Design and validate RF and wireless systems for Apple's newest products • Develop calibration routines and test algorithms • Collaborate with various teams and vendors to analyze wireless performance data • Contribute to the design of efficient and consistent wireless performance systems • Tackle technical challenges in deploying new wireless features

Required Qualifications: • BS in Electrical Engineering plus 2 years of industrial experience in RF / Wireless Industry • Understanding of RF Transceiver Blocks, Communications theory, RF Parameters • Familiarity with RF/wireless test equipment and associated RF measurements • Ability to code in relevant programming languages (C, C++, Python)

Preferred Qualifications: • MSEE • 5+ years of industry experience • Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and scalable software design principles • Experience with current and upcoming wireless RF standards (WiFi 802.11xx, Bluetooth 5.0, 5G, NFC, UWB) • Familiarity with high volume manufacturing tools for wireless technologies • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
