Apple's System Intelligence and Machine Learning (SIML) organization is seeking a Senior Visual Generative Modeling Research Engineer to join their innovative team. This role is part of the core group that developed groundbreaking image generation technologies behind Image Playground, Genmoji, Image Wand, and Photos Clean Up experiences in iOS 18.2.

The ideal candidate brings a strong research background, demonstrated through publications or impactful industry experience, combined with practical skills in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch. You'll need to balance innovation with practical implementation, ensuring your solutions meet both technical excellence and user experience standards.

This position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $175,800 to $312,200, plus additional benefits such as stock options, comprehensive healthcare, and education reimbursement.
