The position involves working with impressive scale - handling exabytes of data and thousands of jobs that power critical Apple services like Apple Music, TV+, and the App Store.

The role requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience and a strong background in SRE or Production Engineering. Kubernetes
  • BS degree in computer science or equivalent field with 10+ years of experience
  • Experience with hiring and leading engineers
  • Demonstrable success leading engineering teams - ideally SRE or Production Engineering
  • Experience with large scale distributed systems
  • Deep understanding and experience in Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Kubernetes, AWS
  • Experience working and leading geographically distributed teams
  • 5+ years professional experience in an engineering leadership position
