SoC Security Architect - Platform Architecture

At Apple, the Platform Architecture organization's Security Architecture team is seeking an experienced Security Architect with expertise in both hardware and software. This role involves working with multi-functional engineering teams to define, design, and verify security systems for groundbreaking Apple products.

The Security Architecture team's mission is to provide a rock-solid security foundation for Apple's products. Key responsibilities include evaluating security threats, defining security features, and architecting security solutions. The role involves close collaboration with software teams to ensure seamless security systems and working with various silicon teams throughout the entire design flow to implement state-of-the-art security in both in-house and outsourced silicon chips.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in secure systems definition, threat modeling, and SoC architecture. They should possess strong skills in applied cryptography, OS security, and programming languages including Verilog/VHDL and C/C++. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to independently pursue new ideas and innovations.
