Software Engineer (SAP Development Support), IS&T Enterprise Systems

At Apple, we're revolutionizing enterprise systems through our IS&T organization's SAP Development Team. This role is crucial in supporting the technical backbone that powers Apple's core functions across Sales, Retail, Services, Finance and Operations. As a Software Engineer in SAP Development Support, you'll be part of a globally distributed team responsible for multiple ABAP, HANA, Java, SAP Portal, UI, and iOS applications.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining business applications, ensuring system reliability, and making influential design contributions to improve security. You'll work with SAP Support Functional, BASIS, and Security teams, handling everything from issue management to proactive system monitoring. The role involves participating in an on-call rotation to support production systems 24/7.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in SAP Application Development, with expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA, and Eclipse Tool. You should be comfortable with IDOCs, BAPI, RFCs, and Web services. Knowledge of SAP technologies like SAPUI5, SAP BTP Services, and experience with API testing tools are valuable assets.
