The Apple Store Online team is responsible for Apple's largest store, delivering a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple. As a Systems Workflow Architect, you will drive transformative changes to the infrastructure powering the Apple Online Store, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and scalability in digital content production, management, and distribution workflows.
You will tap into your expertise in process and systems design to help architect a scalable e-commerce platform, championing innovative technologies that challenge conventional approaches. Working closely with ASO Ops Quality, Product Management and Engineering teams, you'll define, develop, and implement new systemic capabilities and workflows for agile, efficient digital content production.
Key responsibilities include modeling and simulating the digital content supply chain, implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency, leading rapid prototyping and validation of technological solutions, and extracting actionable insights from complex data sets. You'll also communicate technical strategies to leadership and mentor team members on automation protocols.
