Requirements For Lead Data Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL (MSSQL or Snowflake preferred) and ETL platforms
- Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Informatica
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus
- Insurance industry experience preferred but not required
