Requirements For Lead Data Engineer

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (MSSQL or Snowflake preferred) and ETL platforms
  • Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Informatica
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus
  • Insurance industry experience preferred but not required
