Staff Fullstack Engineer, RCM Product

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer on the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Product Team, you'll be instrumental in scaling our practice management platform, Insights.

The role involves architecting and building scalable solutions using ReactJS, Python, and PostgreSQL to support thousands of practices and millions of users. You'll be responsible for maintaining 150+ customer-facing features, from high-level reports to workflow automation tools that help practices optimize their revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving technical direction of the Insights platform
• Implementing best practices in monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Optimizing web application performance and scalability
• Mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence
• Leading high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment
• Conducting code reviews and driving architectural improvements
• Collaborating with product and design teams

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Expertise in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, and PostgreSQL
• Strong architectural and system design skills
• Experience leading complex technical projects
• Deep understanding of frontend engineering principles
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
