Responsibilities For Junior RPA Developer
- Design, develop, test, and implement RPA workflows using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather process requirements and identify automation opportunities
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation scripts to ensure high system performance and reliability
- Support process documentation and ensure alignment with SDLC and agile methodologies
- Assist in the integration of automation solutions with databases, APIs, and other enterprise systems
Requirements For Junior RPA Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in MS SQL, MS Access, Oracle DB, VBA, ASP.Net, and C#
- Familiar with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, PEGA, or BPA Automate
- Experience in the full RPA lifecycle—from analysis and design to deployment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- RPA tool certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell) (preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and API integrations (preferred)
- Experience with process mining tools or workflow engines (preferred)
