Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer

AVEVA, a global leader in industrial software trusted by over 90% of leading industrial companies, is seeking a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to join their Research and Development function. This role combines software development and cloud operations to provide continuous integration and delivery of cloud-enabled products and solutions. The position is based in Derry/Londonderry with a hybrid working model requiring 3 days in the office.

The role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced cloud-based applications and services, focusing on pushing the boundaries of cloud computing and developing innovative solutions. Working within a global, 24x7 team, you'll be responsible for ensuring operational security, stability, and scalability of cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in software development or DevOps/SRE, with strong programming skills and expertise in cloud platforms. Knowledge of containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
