Customer Engineer - AI Compiler Specialist

Axelera AI is seeking a Customer Engineer specializing in AI Compiler technology. This role is part of the Sales department and offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement across various European locations, including the UK. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI compilers and be able to work closely with customers to optimize AI models for Axelera AI's hardware.

The position requires a blend of technical skills in AI, compiler technology, and customer-facing abilities. You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of Axelera AI's solutions.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Collaborating with customers to understand their AI model requirements
• Optimizing AI models for Axelera AI's hardware using compiler techniques
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers
• Working closely with the sales team to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
