Job Description

Responsibilities For ServiceNow Lead Developer

  • Contributes to the ServiceNow platform roadmap and strategy
  • Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform in alignment with the strategy
  • Enforce platform engineering and development standards
  • Review and evaluate demand for fit and alignment to products
  • Provide input to and sign off on solution design for complex features
  • Manage ServiceNow code quality control processes and routines
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers
  • Manages and prioritizes multiple tasks and assignments
  • Provides point of escalation for team members
  • Works with appropriate teams to ensure alerts, monitoring, dashboards
  • Participates in resource interviews and onboarding processes
  • Creates the on call rotation schedule

Requirements For ServiceNow Lead Developer

JavaScript

  • 5+ years experience with ServiceNow development and engineering
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Proven experience as a lead engineer in highly regulated environments
  • Experience in ServiceNow cloud platforms
  • Experience with continuous integration between ServiceNow modules
  • Experience in highly regulated IT lifecycle management
  • Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JS
  • Experience with custom REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with CMDB design and implementation
