Responsibilities For Senior Security Engineer
- Determine appropriate levels of security controls, systems monitoring and security audits
- Develop and supervise IT security measures
- Design, implement, and monitor security measures for computer systems, networks, and information
- Maintain security systems, controls, and documentation
- Lead investigations into suspected attacks and data breaches
- Develop technical solutions and security tools
- Complete third party and application assessments
- Review security logs and analytics
Requirements For Senior Security Engineer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- (ISC)² SSCP, CCSP; ECC CEH; CompTIA CySA+ or equivalent accreditation
- Technical knowledge of vulnerabilities, threats, attack methods
- Experience with security products (Spector, Palo Alto, CISCO)
- Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals & security control
- Understanding of DLP/IDS/IPS technologies
- Experience in designing secure networks and systems
- Experience with Microsoft Threat Protection and Azure Security
