Job Description

Binance, the world's leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking entry-level software engineers for their Accelerator Program. This unique opportunity is designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the Web3 space while working with cutting-edge blockchain technology.

The role focuses on backend development using Java and various modern technologies including Spring microservices, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka. As part of the program, you'll be involved in developing and maintaining core products, implementing interface documentation, and working closely with QA and customer service teams to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.

This position is perfect for recent graduates or current university students with a computer science background who can commit to working at least 3 days per week.   • Participate in the development and maintenance of the company's basic products
  • Responsible for the compilation and implementation of the interface documentation of the business module
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to solve problems provided by QA team
  • Assisted CS team to solve customer problems and classify them for system improvement

Requirements For Binance Accelerator Programm - Software Engineer Web3

  • Computer-related major, bachelor degree or above
  • Have a solid Java foundation and understand basic frameworks, such as multithreading and networking
  • Familiar with Spring micro-service framework and understanding of its operation mechanism
  • Familiar with MySQL database, at least one no sql database
  • Familiar with common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ and Kafka
  • Good logical thinking ability, strong sense of teamwork, and strong learning ability
  • Good communication skills, fluency in English is required
  • Experience with web3 projects is preferred
