- Fine-tune & adapt open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, Gemma) using LoRA/QLoRA
- Engineer prompts and curate datasets for tone, brand voice, and safety
- Build metrics pipelines for perplexity, toxicity, and relevance
- Scale models into production with performance optimization and monitoring
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to launch AI features
Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer (LLM)
- Strong experience in transformers, deep learning, and fine-tuning methods
- Proficiency with PyTorch (preferred) or TensorFlow
