The compensation range of $105,000 - $155,000 annually reflects the senior nature of the position. Working at Blackbird Interactive means joining a creative-fueled, future-driven studio that supports long-term career growth. The four-day work week policy and flexible work arrangements demonstrate their commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.
