Job Description

Blackbird Lab is seeking a Flutter Developer to join their team in building and enhancing mobile applications for a leading loyalty program client. This remote position, based in Europe, offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects used by thousands of end users. As a Flutter Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe and North America, and contributing to high-quality, scalable mobile solutions. The role requires 2-3 years of Flutter experience for mid-level positions, strong knowledge of the BLoC pattern, and excellent understanding of mobile application architecture. You'll work in a technically-driven, international environment where you can influence coding standards, implement best practices, and participate in both product and technical discussions. Responsibilities For Flutter Developer (Remote - Europe)

  • Analyze business requirements and architect features and integrations for the mobile application
  • Participate actively in technical and product discussions, providing insights and recommendations
  • Write, review, and maintain high-quality Flutter code, establishing coding standards and best practices
  • Implement unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure robust and reliable applications
  • Communicate and coordinate with engineering teams across Europe and North America
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, architecture, and technical documentation

Requirements For Flutter Developer (Remote - Europe)

  • 2–3 years of Flutter experience for Middle-level, 3–5 years for Senior-level candidates
  • Previous experience in iOS and/or Android development is a plus
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of the BLoC pattern
  • Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, design fundamentals, and user interfaces
  • Experience with version control using Git and collaborative development practices
  • Ability to structure code for complex projects and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and fluent Ukrainian speaking skills
