Blitz is a rapidly growing startup that provides gamers with personalized stats and insights powered by billions of matches. We're seeking a Staff Flutter Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping a new platform that enhances gaming experiences through interactive mobile applications and dynamic overlays.

As a Staff Flutter Engineer at Blitz, you'll:

  • Create engaging UI/UX using Flutter & Dart
  • Work with data from various games and sources
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement cross-platform, responsive interfaces
  • Implement support for new games and overlays, as well as maintain existing features
  • Debug and fix issues from development to production
  • Propose and implement solutions for technical problems
  • Perform code reviews following best practices

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proficiency in Flutter for both mobile and desktop platforms
  • Solid understanding of Dart programming language
  • Familiarity with GraphQL / Rest APIs
  • Knowledge of Git for version control
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Capability to perform efficiently in both remote and hybrid settings

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • Previous experience in the gaming industry
  • Proficiency with accessible design and accessibility best practices
  • Familiarity with Figma
  • Experience with custom Flutter embeddings
