At Blockit, you'll be part of one of the first multiplayer LLM applications, a groundbreaking advancement in AI technology. As a backend-leaning full stack engineer, you will lead the development of the intelligence layer of the scheduling agent. This involves building infrastructure to interpret behavioral signals, relationship data, and calendar activity, and creating smart logic that makes the agent feel contextual and human. You will collaborate closely with design and product teams to ship intelligent features like warm intros and AI-driven proposals, while owning and scaling the backend systems that power them.
