Job Description
Blockit AI, backed by Sequoia, is developing an AI time agent that learns user preferences to autonomously coordinate meetings, operating as an always-available executive assistant. At Blockit, you'll be part of one of the first multiplayer LLM applications, a groundbreaking advancement in AI technology. As a backend-leaning full stack engineer, you will lead the development of the intelligence layer of the scheduling agent. This involves building infrastructure to interpret behavioral signals, relationship data, and calendar activity, and creating smart logic that makes the agent feel contextual and human. You will collaborate closely with design and product teams to ship intelligent features like warm intros and AI-driven proposals, while owning and scaling the backend systems that power them. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on autonomy, cares deeply about product experience, and wants to shape a tool that helps people connect better through time. The salary range for this role is $150K - $220K, with equity options between 0.1% and 0.5%. Blockit AI offers visa sponsorship and in-person work in San Francisco four days a week. Responsibilities
- Lead development on the intelligence layer of our scheduling agent

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building and shipping software in production
- Experience at a high-growth well-regarded company
