Responsibilities For Ruby on Rails Developer (VM)
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and related technologies
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Develop front-end features using CSS3, HTML5, and Bootstrap while integrating content from MSSQL databases
- Test software through unit tests, integration tests, and debugging tools
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to solve complex software problems
- Contribute to project plans, technical specifications, and Agile ceremonies
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements For Ruby on Rails Developer (VM)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and web application architecture
- Proficient in front-end technologies: CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap
- Experience with Cold Fusion is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
