Responsibilities For Production Support Engineer
- Own and resolve issues with high sense of urgency and professionalism
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and provide root cause analysis reports
- Handle high priority tickets and customer calls
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues
- Write groovy/core java based scripts per customer requirements
- Maintain customer relationships and communication
- Contribute to knowledge base and training resources
- Maintain case records and suggest process improvements
Requirements For Production Support Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Science
- Four or more years of hands-on core Java/Groovy programming experience
- Working knowledge of Linux and Linux command-line
- Basic understanding and working knowledge of databases
- Basic understanding of 3-tier architecture
- Good listening, written and verbal communication skills
