Responsibilities For Associate Software Engineer - ServiceNow

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow platform following industry leading best practices
  • Implement and communicate best practice principals for Development & Integration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues/incidents with cross-module team
  • Manage ServiceNow support and lifecycle management for integrations
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders on requirements and backlog prioritization
  • Identify opportunities for new/improved Architecture opportunities
  • Collaborate with ITQA, Cybersecurity and Testing teams
  • Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers

Requirements For Associate Software Engineer - ServiceNow

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
  • Experience in at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD)
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform functionalities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus
