DFT IC Design Engineer

Broadcom is seeking a DFT IC Design Engineer to join their Data Center Solutions Group in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is integral to the development of next-generation Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning ecosystems through PCIe Switch Products and Enterprise Storage Products.

The position focuses on DFT (Design for Testability) implementation, requiring deep expertise in silicon design and testing. The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge technology, managing complex DFT implementations for mega datacenter solutions while ensuring world-class performance.

Key responsibilities include executing DFT implementation, verification, and debug, working with various testing methodologies (BISR, BIST, MBIST, SCAN, ATE, ATPG), and developing hierarchical DFT flows. The role requires close collaboration with IC Design RTL Engineers and Physical Design Engineers.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $108,000 to $172,800 annually, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, equity compensation, and various other perks. The position requires 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
