Job Description

Broadcom is recruiting a Facility Manager to lead our Northern Europe portfolio in a high profile and high paced environment. This position will be responsible for delivering day to day building operations, third party contract management, capital / expense project management, strategic planning and key stakeholder interface.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience
  • English fluency including the ability to read, write and present
  • Proven leadership of third party O&M Facility engineering providers
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with end users and executive leadership
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Experience in financial management and identifying cost savings related to facilities management
  • Ability to build and sustain high-functioning teams
  • Hands-on approach to solving facility-related issues
  • Experience leading or partnering with Hospitality Teams, EH&S, Physical Security, Occupancy Planning, Leasing Administration and Procurement

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering day-to-day building operations

Preferred qualifications:

  • Facility/Project Management certification

  • Experience with M&A activity and production/fab environments
