Broadcom is recruiting a Facility Manager to lead our Northern Europe portfolio in a high profile and high paced environment. This position will be responsible for delivering day to day building operations, third party contract management, capital / expense project management, strategic planning and key stakeholder interface.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience
- English fluency including the ability to read, write and present
- Proven leadership of third party O&M Facility engineering providers
- Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with end users and executive leadership
- Advanced project management skills
- Experience in financial management and identifying cost savings related to facilities management
- Ability to build and sustain high-functioning teams
- Hands-on approach to solving facility-related issues
- Experience leading or partnering with Hospitality Teams, EH&S, Physical Security, Occupancy Planning, Leasing Administration and Procurement
Responsibilities include:

Preferred qualifications:
